Never go here ever
It was horrible this is now a franchise under the Marriott hotel name. I would never do business there as long as Rebecca is the GM and Lakiesha is the front end hospitality manager very unprofessional and not consistent in what they say. Showed no concern and respect for me as the guest. I came and stay for business and staycation with my family Lakiesha said she would give me a rate of 79 a ay I extend a refund was giving because third party charged 170 and hotel charge as well on their end on accident Bianca tried to fix the problem and Tai confirmed refund was justified also process and it would take three to five days to return back in my account. Kiesha cancel refund and an amount of 359 was posted January 1 2024 Rebecca refused to fix the problem and told me to pay for another stay she told me to call Marriott they couldn't see anything on their in because this is franchise. The rep hung up on me Rebecca couldn't give me a solution call the police on me I didn't do anything wrong to cause disturbance. I had already got my things out of the room just wanted my refund. They were laughing at front desk playing with a baby like it was a daycare and they didn't care how they discriminated against my character. I will be talking with Manny soon which is the owner an filing a suit. Such a horrible staycation, they didn't care I was upset. It didn't bother them one bit.
