There was a dirty pair of mens underwear under the bed in my room. They l were there for awhile because there was a significant amount of dust on them. The room was clean but very run down. And there was a $100 charge...not hold...a charge on my credit card as well as the cost of the room that was not disclosed to me prior to booking the room.

Rude Staff
The stuff is rude. They need to take classes on customer service. The guy that is supposed to be at the desk around 6:30am is always in the office sleeping and has the sign up saying he is helping someone right now. They were charging me an extra fee when I checked out but nobody could tell me what the fee was from for about 20min. Then the girl said she made a mistake and entered the wrong dates so I wasn’t charged the full amount for one of the days. A lady asked the front desk for some clean towels and the guy told her he just gave her some yesterday. I ended up going to another hotel I will never stay there again.

My Stay
It was ok.. The heat was not working in the room!! It took a little while to get help. But when I did the gentleman was very nice He moved me to another room immediately.. When I booked the room it said breakfast included.. It was just coffee/tea, & a little muffin.. When it should have said complimentary coffee/tea & a muffin included.. Other than that the room/hotel was nice it was clean.

On the obe morning I got to sleep in there was a dog barking non-stop very early in the morning. I could not sleep. I was also not happy with the $100 security deposit that I was not told about until I arrived.

The hotel seemed like a shelter. It was grimy and dirty. Had it not been 10pm and prepaid I would have walked out with my daughters. The front was filled with guys smoking cigarettes and blunts drinking beer and rolling dice. Loud and noisy neighbors all night long. Left at 7am. Couldn't put that disgusting place in my rearview fast enough. Last time I look at pictures and assume they are accurate.

Pros: Spacious kitchen and fridge. Mall nearby. A lot of options. Room SMELLED clean. Breakfast, just not like a buffet or cooked meals. Cons: False advertising. Queen size suite is small and my bed was a full. No trash can in room or kitchen only in bathroom. Dont think they had a ice machine. Washcloth was dirty. Towels are extremely small.
