Not happy at all not that they care
They had cockroaches lots of cockroaches in this room, and when I left, and I tried to ring the room to get a hold of my boyfriend inside the room, they tried to tell me they tried to patch me through to their room, and he was not answering, but they don’t even have a phone in that room come to find out so they’re a bunch of liars

Very unsatisfied with my stay
I believe I was bit by something in the bed, stinging and immediately had a welt that built puss within 30 minutes. The bathtub shower had pubic hair in it and on the walls. The mattress was horribly uncomfortable and I did not rest well. My room was locked with my things in it 10 minutes before checkout time I had to go request a new key in order to get my things very unsatisfied with my stay this time.

Not recommended for family stay.
Reserved a non-smoking room but was given a smoking room. There were cigarette burns in the bed spreads and the room reaked of smoke. The room was barely clean. Woke to yelling in the middle of the night, looked out the door to witness some shady ongoings at the room at the other end of the balcony. Due to the football game the next day, this normally inexpensive room was very overpriced.

Beds uncomfortable rooms out dated. Phone and lights didn’t work like they should. Plug ins super lose or missing cover. Only few tv channels that worked.

Horrible
Drove through winter storm across I-80 and torrential rain and finally arrived at approximately 5am. The person said they cancelled my room without notification, prepaid. Where's my money? How can you cancel my reservation when its paid for? Ridiculous business practice.

The room had a strong odor and windows were screwed shut so they could not be opened to ventilate. I had to ryn the vent all the time to be able to breathe. Bathroom was a bit dirty, especially the tub. No shampoo, just a small bar of soap. Bed had only a thin sheet and spread, not enough since it was cold, so I did not sleep well.

The staff was rude wouldn't listen. Asked for a ground level floor and then argued that i didnt. Asked for non-smoking put us in a smoking room. I booked 2 rooms and they put my second room clear across the hotel. Bad experience all around

… in the end I really did have a decent stay
My room provided a clean, safe, quiet and restful place to reside for the night…with exceptional customer service. Aside from a few roaches that I saw crawling and the roaches that I had to beat out of my shoes….i really enjoyed my stay. In the future, I will remember to bring a spray bottle of 99% Rubbing Alcohol to spray my shoes (to keep away roaches & bed bugs) and dryer sheets to put into my luggage, around the mattress and pillowcase (to keep away bed bugs)….and all will be well). I’ll be back, because in the end I really did have a decent stay 👍😁.
