Sheets were dirty looked like they hadn’t been changed. It was so late and I was so tired I had to get towels to sleep on. It was unpleasant and uncomfortable.

Staff were nice but clearly understaffed and didn’t have the supplies they needed to be successful. I asked for an extra blanket and they simply didn’t have any- they tried to give me an unfolded mattress cover, I ended up taking a folded mattress pad just to add weight to the super thin duvet. In the halls, elevator, breakfast room… everywhere were signs of disrepair. Taped down carpet, nicks and small holes in walls, corners. Probably the least nice LaQuinta I’ve been to. I guess I’ve come to expect a commitment to fresh and quality at La Quinta that this didn’t quite meet. I’m not sure if this is a franchise- if so I’d say these owners aren’t upkeeping well, or taking care of their staff, who all seemed harried, worn, and frustrated. Definitely not set up for success, although they were trying their best.

The check-in process was easy-peasy and quick. The check-in personal were pleasant and kind. I need to park in the handicap, and I walk with a cane, and there were only two handicap parking available in front of the hotel. There is one parking spot that fits a car comfortably to get out and the other parking spot was too small and near a bush - and I could not get out comfortably. Perhaps make that parking space a little more bigger and accessible? During our stay, another guest knocked very hard on our door and startled us (around 11:00pm). After a few minutes, we opened and looked outside to see who it was and the person was gone. It sounded like this person was running down the hallway and knocking on doors. Also, when we checked the hallway, it smelled VERY strong of marijuana and was difficult to breath. I am not sure if management can check the videos but this was very startling.

First time staying at La Quinta.. had a good deal and definitely would book a room with them again! Free WiFi, free breakfast until 9:30, 24 hour access to the fitness area and pool! The hot water stayed hot for a while, microwave in the room along with a desk and large mirror door for the closet. The AC worked wonderful I have no complaints

When we arrived, we were told our room had 2 beds; however, we booked a suite as there were 5 adults and 2 toddlers. The staff mentioned that a big group had checked in in the morning and therefore third party bookings got bumped. I insisted to the counter that there is no way we could fit with only two beds. Luckily, the staff remembered there were two unused suites and was able to put us in one. The breakfast area is small. People need to eat and get out and can't linger if it's very busy.

Overall stay was okay. But we had issues with the room key and the cleanliness of the room as we checked-in. We booked for the suite 2 queen beds. We opened up the sofa bed to inspect and the it had so much chips all over the mattress, trash under that couch, crumbs on the mattress, the floor did not look like it was swept as there were plenty of what looked like dog hairs.

Customer service was awful. Rooms were in uncomfortable and in poor repair. Broken outleta, dirty tub. Breakfast was crowded and no food availability at 7:30am. Hot tub was room temp and the pool water looked brown and milky. Don't bother complaining the front desk said the manager Destiny will do nothing if you reach out. One desk worker said she is not nice and doesn't want to hear about it. Also twice the elevator stopped mid ride and we had to push buttons to get it going again...scary

We got in and they checked us in, lady at front desk was extremely rude, seemed like she didnt want to be there. The rooms were not the cleanest, smelled a bit funny. Pool smelled moldy, slightly green. Just a subpar hotel for the price

The room did not feel clean (carpet was dirty, bedding was dingy). When someone in another room would flush their toilet or run a shower we could hear the water running through the pipes in the wall. It was very noisy as people walked down the halls.
