Alex at the front desk is aware of my situation. I am requiring a refund since I did not stay. I will write a more formal review and request when I have time. I am currently moving cross country and am short on time to address this most unfortunate situation. One room had its door open so I went no further, the next room had a terrible stench from people smoking and vaping. Please refund my money and look for another letter later. TRS

Mike who checked is on was fantastic, but i know its an extended stay, but regardless it wasnt cool with the smell of Marijuana wafing down the halls and the loud verbal fighting, and cussing. Overall it was clean but I wouldn't walk around without socks or slippers. Being in westlake, i didnt expect that. I would have expected it closer to downtown cleveland or brookpark.

First room was full of unbearable smoke and scents smells. Went to report and asked for room change. Attendant switched me to 2nd room. It was late night and i needed to sleep. In the morning i discovered that tge room was very moldy. Fridge, shower knob, and the most disgusting is that the shower head was covered with mold so much that i couldn't use it for my shower. I got pictures but nowhere to upload here for everyone to see.

The smell... yikes
The room smelled like someone chain smoked for 10 years, left out dirty socks, burned oil, and then burned incense to try and mask the smell. It literally made me sick staying in this room. The bathroom light was SO dim, it was pointless to even have it. nd breakfast was one flavor granola bar and one flavor muffin.

We ordered a room with a sofa bed and 2 queens and got two doubles and no sofa. we were also told that there would be a chair in the room and there wasn’t. Due to the inconvenience of not enough sleeping room my 80 year old grandmother slept standing up leaning over the counter because the second bed had my cousin and he’s tall and there wasn’t enough room for both of them on the bed. We woke up so sick because of all the mold in the room. The room stunk so bad. the towels didn’t even dry our bodies.
