I love this hotel, it is 5 star because of the service you recieve, food excellent & scrupulously clean. My only minnor gripe - would have been nice if front desk asked me if I enjoyed my stay. Otherwise this is a little peace of heaven in Rome. Stongly recommended the Adele bar, located in their sister hotel, for a truely amazing experience.

I picked this property be a use online it said that it had laundry facilities; it did not. I still rated the property 5/5 stars Check in:Easy and fast Check out. I was able to catch up on my work Location: it is far from main attractions but I did not mind. We take taxis to go everywhere The hotel will call a taxi when you are in need. Taxi service is very fast. Room service: We ate dinner. Everything was very good. The person that delivered our food was very nice. Food was tasty. I did not have time to enjoy any other amenities at the hotel as we only stayed for 24 hours . I felt very safe. I travelled with my daughter (11). I will definitely stay at this hotel again.
