AVOID THIS HOTEL DO NOT BOOK HERE DIRTY & run poor
Well....the first room i was given, when i opened the door there was someone sleeping in it and there were personal items on the counter. I was then placed into an "out of order" room that was just being renovated. It smelled or fresh adgeasive from the new shower. Room was filthy. There was food in the cabinets. Dirty toliet and sink in bathroom. Oeraon at counter assured me it would be deep cleaned the next morning. Well....it wasnt. Contacted hotels.com after 30 minutes on hold went down to discuss with the gal working thw counter. She was EXTREMELY hlepful and refunded my stay. I went to another hotel. I dont think the staff has any idea what is going on. Also, i feel they are severely overbooked, as i was leaving there was a gentleman who was being told thwy disnt have a room for him. The price looks good, but remeber you get what you pay for. I jave photos but the app wont let me upload.

No breakfast and not enough towels.
Advertising said there was a breakfast, no breakfast.I asked and he said I can put out some granola bars. I had to have a discussion about towels, 4 people two towels. Obviously not a family friendly place.

Needs maintenance overhaul.
Room was clean. Several maintenance items need to be addressed. Signs of neglect. Shouldn’t advertise breakfast. Just coffee/muffins (which were gone) and snack bars(which were gone). Coffee urn was empty but staff brought a full one on request.

Worst experience with a hotel in Fort Wayne
The hotel was very dirty and smelled, there were no cups for coffee, and staff was rude and dismissive - I had to interact with them multiple times because my key card wouldn’t work every other time I returned to the hotel. The faucet in the bathtub leaks and had water dripping the entire time I stayed and I had to clean hair out of the shower before I could use it. There were people sitting in the hallways on the second floor charging devices when I returned to the hotel on Friday evening.

I would rate this place negative stars if i could. Went to our room and the hallway smelt so bad. We got into our room and the tv was blarring, the floor hasnt been swept in months pure filth. We turned back the covers and there was hairs all up in the blankets and sheets. The matteess protector was stained with blood and other bodily functions, the toilet seat was broken and there was even garbage in the cupboards that no one threw out. Ive never felt more unsafe in my life, i walked right out and the front desk woildnt give me a refund or reciept she said she couldnt until the morning. When i was talking to the front desk a guy with cigarettes and a beer can was trying to have me come stay in his room.
