When we arrived, we were asked if we wanted the daily freshening up of the room or if we wanted to handle everything ourselves. We chose the daily service. On the second day, our son used one of the towels. In order for him to have a dry towel for after the beach, I took the towel down to the desk. Because I chose the daily service, they were going to charge me to replace the towel. Not very good customer service. In addition, both mornings at 6:30 am, we were awoken to the sound of our window opening automatically. If we wanted our window open, we would open it ourselves and I don't need to be woke from a sound sleep to a motor running 2 feet away from the bed.

해운대바다 바로 앞에 위치해있고 룸도 굉장히 여유롭고 편안해요 티비는 작아요 칫솔 치약없으니 챙겨가야하고 생수 두명 제공됩니다 룸이 꽤 넓어요 수압도 좋고 편안하게 쉬다 갑니다

Our first time staying at a Seacloud. Location in Haeundae was fantastic. We got thr Premier Suite. Great space and very comfortable. You could tell the rooms were a bit "tired" over thr years but staff maintains it well. Cleaning daily, fresh towels, and consistent. Good value for travelers. The only awkward part of the facility is that its actually 3 hotels/residence that shares elevators. But once you get the hang of it, not an issue. Glad we stayed at this property.
