Our stay was disappointing, I really wish we at least had a cheaper rate. We got there for a late check in around 9pm and they had closed the bar and restaurant early. (There were several other late check ins as well, so surprised they didn’t accommodate those folks by staying open a little longer). The front desk also valets and the person working, couldn’t drive stick. So we “valeted” our own car and still paid in full for valet parking. The bathroom had not been cleaned. There was hair in the drain when we arrived, and the floor around the toilet was dirty. Also, the TVs do not work well. Only one of the two functioned and it had a IHG banner across the bottom, cutting off most of the screen.
Upon check in, I also let them know we’d likely split the cost between two cards, but they didn’t listen and charged all to one card upon checking in, rather than checking out as they had stated when I asked about splitting.
We paid over $260 to then have to eat out in a city we aren’t familiar with and shower in a dirty bathroom.
