The customer service was mediocre at best when I arrived and the two days that I stayed. On the day of my checkout, the level managed to escalate to bad. I decided to order breakfast and the quality of food (as it was in the previous times) was extremely poor. When I called to inform them of the situation because I could not finish the dish, the employee had a bad attitude. They took the plate and told me “this is the way it is”, and neither gave me back the old plate, or replaced it with a new one. After an hour from placing a complaint and being told that the manager will give me a call, he eventually got around to doing so an hour later. He did offer to replace the dish, but there was no point because it was time for me to check out.
