If I could give this hotel even more stars, I would. This has been the BEST stay at a hotel ever and everything was perfect. The view from reception and the your room will be fantastic, leaving you in awe all the time. The cleaners clean everything thoroughly even to the point where when you leave a glass in a specific place in the room, they will get it washed and then place it in that exact place where you had left it - this is going above and beyond expectations. The breakfast options are incredible and the staff all around are extremely friendly and accommodating. The only thing to be aware of is that the hotel rooms are very high up and due to pressure, your ears will pop in the elevator every time - a very minor thing for an overall perfect stay!

We moved to this hotel from central Tokyo to visit Disney and team labs and the ginza area . For those visiting these areas especially Disney and Disney sea it was perfect . Directly connected to the metro and a shopping mall and lots of choices of restaurants .

Honeymoon adventure

We loved this hotel! We stayed here for 10 days for our honeymoon and enjoyed every second. It’s centrally located in the subway which is amazing. Not to far by train to anywhere you want to go. Near a grocery store and 7/11 plus other places. The room itself is clean and comfortable. Staff is more than accommodating. We would stay again

Like: Convenient location - no need to walk outside to get into the hotel. Great view - the lobby & our room are able to see Sky Tree tower. Unlike: Did not have a “welcome home” feeling at the reception, whereas other hotels in Tokyo did make you feel.

I stayed at this hotel for five nights and six days and the staff has been very wonderful for me. As usual, I was able to leave my luggage there as I was able to prep before I check into the hotel. They allow me to check in early at noon time for only ¥ 6000 which is around $40 and it was well worth it. They have a restaurant that serves buffet style breakfast for only ¥3300. The hotel is right directly right above subway station and it has the airport limousine. I could take you to either airport nearby directly.

good hotel onsen. great room great amenities. location is convenient for the area. great view dining room. good breakfast selection, however the food quality was terrible. both the main dish and the buffet food quality was cold and taste was below average.

The lobby was really nice, the breakfast had a wide variety in food and the Onsen was really nice and warm with a nice view over Tokyo. We were lucky and had one day a great view over mount Fuji. All in all I can definitely recommend the hotel. The stuff was super polite and helpful. P.s. I can recommend the luggage transfer from one Hotel to another

The views are stunning from any area of the hotel! The subway is accessible as you exit the bottom level of the hotel which connects you to anywhere you want to go in Japan. Also, as you exit the hotel on the bottom level you are still inside where you’ll find a couple of small convenience stores, a pharmacy, many restaurants and Starbucks. It was really nice to be able to get things we needed without even having to go out in the weather. This level will also take you to Lalaport Mall with a couple of escalator rides. You can’t go wrong by booking this hotel!!!! Stunning views and convenience for any of your needs.

They should train their staff better. Incredible that a 4 star hotel in one of the mayor cities in the world, their staff couldn't speak any other language than Japanese... really hard to communicate A simple check in was hard...

It’s located in a beautiful building next to a huge mall. There’s a train station on the ground floor that was great! The service was decent and the views to the city were amazing. One of the best lobbies I’ve ever seen. The reason i gave it a 4 star is because the bathroom had an unpleasant smell the entire stay. It looked clean, but it smelled like a public bathroom. They either don’t use the right chemicals or the room have sewer smell issues. That didn’t ruin our time there, but scents are important for a well deserved 5 star. Thank you for such a good stay.
