Slightly disappointed for a premier room there was no towel rail in the bathroom, nor hook on the door to put your wet towel! Also the room looked out onto a brick wall, there was no central light in the bedroom which made the room very dark. Breakfast was lovely as were the staff.

Overpriced, understaffed and woefully managed
Really disappointing. To start with the rooms were COLD, during our stay this extended to having no hot water in the room. We had to use a portable heater throughout the entire stay to keep the room warm enough for our daughter.
The room itself appeared clean enough but soon enough a previous customers earplug fell out of the bed. During the 2 night stay our room was cleaned but dirty glasses left in the room and dirty mugs left on the floor outside our room.
The breakfast was fine but the restaurant woefully understaffed, at both breakfast and dinner there were no clean tables dispite the restaurant not looking busy, essentially not enough staff to manage after the rush.
The whole trip stank of cost cutting, highlighted by stained carpets, understaffing and inadequate heating/hot water.

Not up to the usual standard of the past
I had room number 298 at the end of the corridor which is almost like the corridor that time forgot there was no heating. The windows were draughty no extractor fan in the toilet so it was like being in a sauna and the underfloor heating didn’t work so we had a cold floor in the bathroom first thing in the morning and messy at night was like ice.

Not comfortable enough.
Room was small for a family and not up to 4 star standard but more of a 3 star. Not enough toiletries or tea coffee provided in the room.
The reception manager was not very welcoming or helpful.
Only thing made it call it 4 star it could be due to swimming pool and spa.
The room was very uncomfortable due to the fan heating, it was very suffocating.

Just had a lovely stay. Our room was clean, tastefully decorated and had everything we wanted. We had a great view of Brands Hatch and could even see a bit of the track. Easy parking and a short walk to the track. Breakfast was tasty with a great selection of fruit, cereals, croissants and cooked breakfast. We ate in the restaurant and bar. All our meals were delicious. I can especially recommend the ChitTikka Masala with naan bread and popadom. The staff were very polite accommodating. We mentioned to one guy in the restaurant that our room was a little cold and when we returned he’d arranged for a heater and it was switched on!

Disappointing
On arrival I was told i hadn't paid and was asked for a card payment. Wven though i booked this some time ago, i knew it had been paid for. I couldn't find an email receipt but was able to go to tge Hotels.com App and prove payment as a receipt was there. No apology from receptionist. We ate in the restaurant. They were out of most wines and only the most exepbsive ones were available. Service was very slow. They were completely understaffed in the restauarnt and behind the bar.

Was okay, was able to check in early but pool was out of use then when it was in use it was filled with noisy children having a lesson, not my ideal relaxing spa break intended
No food served 9:30-10:00 and boasted room service however no one answered the call both days when trying to order

Paid for x3 privileged rooms but only 2 were available so 1 of them was a standard room. No refund on the price difference. Poor attitude of staff at the hotel.

New beds or better toppers please.
Staff were friendly and helpful, easy check in. Room was a good size and clean but the bed was really uncomfortable - could feel the springs coming through. Just baffles me how these places charge £100 a night for 1 person and the beds are in such bad condition. Needless to say I did not wake up rested. Breakfast was fine, not very hot, as it's a buffet.

Good hotel all round
Excellent check in. Lovely room but it was cold heating didn’t work. No sign on the lounge bar to say it was closed and to use the other bar so people were standing there waiting for a while.
