Receptionist needs training.
First of all, the place is hidden which we don’t mind, BUT the receptionist has no pleasing attitude, very rude, no manners, so unwelcoming. We checked in a little early on March 6 at 3pm. My friend and I have to go out that night. While getting ready, this is around 5 pm. A very nice couple opened our room and was surprised. We call the lobby and send them back downstairs. That same receptionist gave them our room number, like wow! So unorganized, then we went downstairs to the lobby asked the receptionist if they got it figured out. That lady just looked at me with blank face didn’t even apologize.
Later that night, we got back to the hotel. The lobby smell like weed, so over powering I can smell it on my shirt and gave us a headache. We went straight to our room and come to find out our keys don’t work anymore. I went down to the lobby to tell them our keys don’t work. Apparently they cancelled our keys because of the situation earlier when that receptionist gave our room to the other customer.
Although, the breakfast and cleaning ladies were very nice and welcoming. We won’t be coming back to that place.
