I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent stay.
Check-in was smooth and easy, and I appreciated having a first-floor room. However, there were a few issues I noticed that may be helpful for future guests:
The room door was difficult to open because the carpet was too thick and didn’t fit well under the door.
The shower appeared to be designed for accessibility needs, but it was complicated to use. The shower head would not stay secured on the pole and looked very outdated—almost from the 70s—and it nearly fell on my foot.
Since the room faced the front parking lot, it was noisy late at night with people coming and going. Next time, I would choose a room toward the back or on a higher floor.
The refrigerator made a loud buzzing sound throughout the night.
Overall, the stay was okay, but these adjustments could make the experience more comfortable—especially for guests who are particular about their accommodations.
Thank you for your time.
