由于房间在地下一层，房屋非常潮湿。空调没有除湿功能，我们全家一晚睡眠质量很差，影响到第二天开车状态很不好。住了很多地方的速8，第一次体验这么差。

The room itself was very nice, clean and comfortable. Area seemed safe enough. The hallway had a yucky smell, only one of three washers was in working condition (I only needed one), there was no milk at breakfast- they weren't out, I was told they do not have milk.

Floors weren't the cleanest. There's a funny smell when you walk into the hotel. The beds are so very uncomfortable. Breakfast was ok but nothing really for protein. It was close to the highways and plenty of side streets to get over to the stadiums without having to be stuck in traffic on the freeway.

I wasn’t allowed to stay at the hotel because I didn’t have the extra $100 deposit required by the property. The property assured me to call the booking company and my stay would be refunded or transferred. When I was finally able to get ahold of the booking company the following day, they were required to inquire with the property for the approval for the refund. I was told the property denied the refund request (even after assuring me to contact the booking company). It’s all just so crazy that I was refused a room to stay in and was refused the return of the cost and taxes of said room. So I basically handed $80 to a hotel chain and/or the booking company that wouldn’t/couldn’t and DIDNT produce said room. I slept in my vehicle that night and unfortunately this IS NOT THE FIRST TIME I have had this unfortunate experience which other then failure to read the fine print that is so hard to find you miss it completely- I did absolutely nothing in the wrong other then go thru this booking company!! And nothing I have done has been able to get my money refunded. So if you love sleeping in your vehicle and throwing money out the window. DONT USE THESE SERVICES. OR OPT FOR THE $8.00 PROTECT YOUR RESERVATION FEE. BECAUSE YOU MAY VERY WELL NEED IT!!!

It was supposed to be a smoke free facility, it smelled like an ash tray. The bathroom floor was super sticky. Later in the evening, pot smell was coming into our room. Tub was yucky. Burn marks on the safe. Very disappointed. Will never stay in a Super 8 again.

We ordered a queen bed room. The bed was not a queen it was a full side bed. The pillows are not bed/sleeping pillows. They are square accent pillows. The bathroom ceiling was cracked and looked as though it was about to collapse and the tub was covered in mold. The linens were clean and the room was tidy but was still unable to sleep peacefully as the facility itself didn’t feel clean. They send you requests to check in online where you send them your photo ID and then charge your card for incidentals. Then when we arrived they made us do it a second time insisting us the incidental fee of $100 was not going to be charged twice. It was charged twice. Watching to see if they are both returned….. I understand this is a cheaper hotel but definitely not worth the money we spent on this stay.

The location in the parking lot concerned me with people hanging out in their cars and going in and out with trash bags. We checked in late, steps to 3rd floor were dirty, had dirty rags on the steps, smelled like drugs and sewer. Got to the room and the light switch didn't work, walked inside in the dark and found a light. Found stains on the end tables on each side of the bed and coffee table. My wife wiped these areas down and she went to bed because she was very tired. I will say the sheets smelled clean. This room had a hot tube (that we didn't use) and the sealant was coming loose all around and the lights above were falling out of the ceiling. The bathroom door had been pushed open in the past and had wood hanging from latch area. The sink backed up with hair coming back up and the shower wall slabs were being held on by hardware store metal backets. The floor tiles were loose and the walls unpainted in areas. The wall hvac was very loud and constantly made a clicking sound. There was extension cords hanging out onto the floor by the desk for the tv and mini fridge. Worst of all there were pictures left behind on the small shelf by the hot tube with pornographic images taken in that same room. I've taken pictures of all these concerns, threw the pictures away, and when we checked out in the morning I told the front desk we would not be staying our next 2 nights and that I would like a refund. I have not had a refund and they have kept my $100 deposit.

Had to get a room due to winter weather conditions. I reserved an accessible room. I got a room on the third floor. There is no elevator and I have bad knees so that was difficult. The hallway smelled of cigarette smoke. Thankfully, once in the room, it didn’t smell and was clean. The bathroom faucet dripped continuously. I won’t be staying at this property again.

It was during XTremely could weather, and I am disabled and had support animal with me. When we were to change room for last evening, they DID NOT come to contact us when room was ready, so we had to remain outside for 3 hrs more than expected! Missed dog sitter, so they took our deposit because the my shorthair Chihuahua had to come with us! They took our deposit, saying they had to "shampoo ALL the carpet! Dog NEVER made a mess and we were out 100.00! Very rude staff!
