The advertisement said breakfast but there was no breakfast, thats one of the reasons we stayed there. Tub was pealing, property dirty. Gentleman at the front was very nice. Very noisy as well

Highly recommend
The staff was some of the nicest and helpful people we have seen in all our travels. Went out of their way to accommodate us as i am a disabled vet and can't do stairs. They quickly moved us to the 1st floor. Nice buffet breakfast, basic hotel stuff but decent.

Hotel smelled, was told tub has small chip in it when the entire bottom and sides the paint was either missing or peeling off to where if you took a bath paint chips will be floating in it, or risk slipping and falling if showered. The heater made a lot of loud noise and many dogs uncontrollably barking. Only in the room 10 minutes before requesting a refund and went elsewhere.

Would not stay again
This was definitely more run down and not super family friendly. The hallways smelled like booze and weed. There are no elevators, so hiking up the stairs with everyone's suitcases was interesting. The only bright spot was that the staff was very friendly.

Good enough
This is a place to sleep for a decent price while you spend your time and money in Frankenmuth. The bed was comfortable; pillows are on the flat side. Bathrooms is small. Not a luxury stay by any means. The room was big enough for a king size bed but instead they choose to go with queen.

Sure…if you’re desperate.
Booked to rooms. One roomed smelled bad. The shower in the other room was peeling/missing. I don’t mean a little. Half of the surfacing was missing. The walls around the windows and heaters had obvious water damage that had just been painted over. The entire hotel just felt old and tired. Beds were comfortable enough and clean. All staff we interacted with were nice and friendly.

The staff was wonderful, however the room was in need of an overhaul. Only major issue was the entire tub was missing layer of paint and peeling up sides making it very slippery! I used a towel in bottom of tub to not slide. Other than that beds were comfy, breakfast decent, great value.

Not too sure we’ll be back for $170/night
The photos and expectations shared did not match what we were expecting. It was obvious from our check-in that this hotel was dated. When we were provided with our room and entered, it smelled of mildew. The front desk warned us about the chips in the tub and that they were trying to get someone back to remodel. There was a chair in the corner that had holes in it and there were scuffs on the walls and bathroom floor. Our bedspread had holes in it and the blanket was dated as well. Our ground floor room came with a doll rod to place in our window. Breakfast was waffles, cereal and bagels with beverages. It was obvious that room rates differed from guest to guest and some were complaining which made checkout a little awkward for the woman folding sheets behind the front desk.

Passing through
Good night's rest in a clean room with a comfortable bed. Just what we needed for a night passing through town. The only thing that was wrong was the bathtub in our room was peeling and was rather unsightly to look at. At check-in, we were informed of this, and everything was clean.
