At the outset of my trip, I was a bit disappointed with the bathroom facilities of Pool Villa I stayed and the attitude of staff in Market Place (for buffet breakfast), which, with due respect, did not live up to the quality as one of the best resorts in Phuket. I expressed my view about this when I was invited to fill in Expedia questionnaire on the second day of my stay, merely hoping to leave an useful reference when others use Expedia website. However, out of my expectation, the Reservation Manager contacted me swiftly to address my concerns and her team made awesome follow up until the last day of my stay, which without the slightest doubt significantly enhance my overall impression on Angsana.
