good but lacks flexibility-hospitality
its a wonderful location , pleasant staff. .. I prepaid breakfast with room booking 717, but I arrived 15mins late 10.15 am on a Saturday morning , they said nothing could be done, did not even offer a coffee, I asked , they said not possible, but I could pay $ ?? ,, total lack of flexibility

This hotel was very nice. The location was great, with a mall and restaurants within walking distance. I will definitely recommend this hotel to,my friends.

Hotel is clean. Food is ok , they can improve in costumer service specially at the front desk. Some of the girls don’t look to friendly. Security staff look us like we were trying to steal something . Also they took a way the free shuttle from air port to the hotel Wich was a plus in the pass . Besides that if you want a clean hotel this is the one. Will comback

Great hotel
Beautiful hotel, great service, really recommended. We upgraded our room for 10$ a night and the suit was great. The pool was good, Breakfast was ok, not many options for vegan but they really made an effort to make us happy.

Great place but...
Great hotel and definitely love the comfort of it. Ive stayed there many times and will continue to go back for sure. My ONLY note about it that they have significantly raised the price on everything. Food, drinks and even transportation. They used to offer a free shuttle to the airport and that was super convenient and nice but now they are charging $10 per passenger which for big groups makes a tremendous difference. I simply adjusted they way I do things around it in order to keep my costs low. Instead of using their shuttle I used a certified taxi to go to the airport and I only paid $10 for the entire party as opposed to $50 for the shuttle. Love the gym/spa and the food... but $20 for a breakfast seemed a bit higher to me.
