Service great, very clean!
For the price, it wasn’t bad, but also wasn’t as nice as Holiday Inn Express tends to be (for reference ). The check in took a while, and the entrance is a little narrow for checking in plus people coming and going with suitcases. Room was very clean, but halls were less perfect. Pool was clean but colder than I like. King bed was comfortable but sleeper sofa was less comfortable than others. The service at breakfast was super!!! Very thoughtful and kind, the food was good! Eggs with ham, biscuits and sausage gravy, waffles with whipped cream and strawberry and caramel syrups. The front desk staff had a bunch of snow brushes out to clean our cars if we didn’t have one!

Very comfortable and friendly staff
There was a large group of us that booked due to our children's sporting event and bad weather coming in. The staff was very nice and accommodating to us for our get together and children running around the hotel. We had a great stay. Breakfast was a great start to a long day also.

Unsafe stay!
Took hours for our room to warm up. Told hotel desk about it & nothing done. They didn't salt their walkways and I took a horrible fall at their side door entrance and really hurt myself

Great service at front desk- all personnel were friendly and quick to resolve any concerns. Good value and convenient location for us. Accommodations were updated and in good working order.

Hampton Inn Burnsville with bad Elevator
Hotel was perfect except for elevator that caused fire after 10pm and forced fire alarm. Everyone should have received free night, but instead we got had a ruined a night of rest.

Great Escape
Everything was as expected. They originally had us on the 1st floor, but I asked for a higher floor and they were eager to accommodate. Staff is great, this was our 3rd stay and look forward to staying there again. Close to everything.

Great staff, nice location
Very nice updated hotel. Staff very friendly. My husband was so pleasantly surprised to find all of the vehicles snow cleaned off windshields when he went out early in the morning. Many restraunts and shopping nearby.
