We were rerouted on our flight, so had to stay at this location near the airport. On checking in at 230AM, the entire lobby was overwhelming with marijuana smell. The woman working the front desk was clearly high/inebriated as she spent several minutes just staring at my drivers license and the computer without doing anything.
Our room was a complete disaster. Look at the pictures. Crumbling drywall, mold on the bathroom ceiling, water standing in the bathtub, mold growing in the sink, toilets cracked.
If it wasn't 230AM we would have been getting out of there. Went down to check out the complimentary breakfast, which requires a ticket because apparently it's so coveted that you need a ticket for entry. But still had to check out the "hot breakfast" of grits and 2 sausage links. FYI- there was currently 2 people eating. And that's the hot food remaining.
Hotels.com tried to get me a refund but after repeated attempts, couldn't get anyone to answer the phone. I contacted Ramada/Wyndham corporate directly with multiple complaints and also showed them the state of this hotel, and they were able to offer 1000 Wyndham rewards points (the equivalent of $4 when trying to book a different hotel). Do yourself a favor - don't go anywhere near this place. Calling it a disaster is putting it nicely.
