Fantastic Inn
Beautiful, extremely clean inn with wonderful service and a lot of little extra conveniences in the room and lobby. The continental breakfast was dropped at the door and the quality of the pastry, fruit and yogurt were exceptional. I highly recommend a stay here!

Fantastic place to stay
We have stayed at this hotel many times. The manager and staff are top notch. The rooms/common areas are clean. The furniture, rugs and bathrooms could use some updating. All of the rooms have sitting areas. Our favorite part is having coffee/light breakfast delivered to our door in the morning! The hotel is walking distance to the waterfront stores and restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel.

This is what hospitality looks like
Everything about our experience told us this hotel knows the meaning of the word “hospitality”. As a matter of fact, they excelled at it. On arrival we were warmly greeted in a cheerful lobby. Check in included a little bag of treats and delicious sangria. A welcome surprise was the complimentary breakfast you can order the night before and is delivered to your room at the time you request. The baked goods were fresh and everything was delicious. Staff gave great local recommendations. Enhance your stay in beautiful Newport by booking here. I’ll be back!

The facility and staff are welcoming and attractive. Beautiful restored historic building located near museums. Boutiques, restaurants. The bed was extremely comfortable ccommodations and the space had a several living room.. lighting in the bedroom is totally inadequate. Each room has track lighting adjacent to and pointed at the brick wall not into the room. Very strange. Overall a very good experience and i hope to return.

Tastefully designed boutique hotel, with straightforward service and very friendly and helpful staffs. Breakfast changes daily and is sent to your room, the pastries are extraordinarily.

First female solo trip and it was prefect. I was upgraded to a suite for free. I felt safe, close proximity to downtown Newport. Staff were very attentive. Breakfast delivered to your room every morning. I did not use the spa or gym. Would definitely go back again

Mill Street Inn was such a sweet little hotel. The personal touches of breakfast and a welcome gift were so nice. The location was perfect for walking to Thames street for dinner and loads of shopping. The room was super clean and very spacious. The staff was also very helpful and kind. It is an older building so just remember the floors will creak and you’ll hear more sounds than usual…my sound machine came in handy. I’d highly recommend this hotel!

We enjoyed our stay at Mill Street Inn. Our dog-friendly room was spacious and clean, complete with bowls for Asher's food and water, and a cozy little dog bed. As a coffee lover, the Nespresso coffee machine was a nice touch! We were within walking distance to shops, dining, and nightlife.

As one previous quest wrote, "We could live there." What a wonderful experience! The townhouse setting was perfect, with a fantastic water view from the secluded deck. The delivered continental breakfast was so delicious and more than we expected. A definite winner!!
