Well I really wanted to like this hotel. It came highly recommended to me from a family member. However things started falling apart soon after checking in. I was given a dirty room as I figured out when there were piles of bed sheets and trash all over the room in a dirty bathroom. I kindly asked the maid to tidy it up and she was super nice. Her name was Stacy and she was the best thing about this hotel without a doubt. She cleaned it without complaining and we chatted a bit and laughed at the situation. Then the manager came up and was all over her for not doing things in particular order and followed her around like a lost puppy. I don't know about you but if somebody interferes with my workflow it's kind of hard to focus. The manager apologized and said he would give me a drink credit for the situation, because a dirty room should have never been rented. However that drink credit never materialized it was just an empty promise. I carried on about my day and woke up the next day for breakfast. The front desk staff at 5:00 told me I had to pay $55 penalty if I checked out before 11:00 a.m., even though it was my checkout day. She checked me out before I had a chance to get stuff out of my room. Another manager had to come and help with that situation. Additionally the parking is across the four-lane road and is very difficult to empty your room and have your car nearby to check to check out, with a 10 minute tow zone. I can't imagine ever going back here.
