I had to arrive after reception closed due to a delayed flight, but the staff at reception did an excellent job of letting me know how to handle a late check in.
I did have quite a bit of trouble sleeping (I am a light sleeper). I stayed in a two bedroom apartment on the 21st floor on a corner of the building, one bedroom faced the street and noise from cars and trams was fairly loud. The second bedroom was facing away from the street and much quieter, but unfortunately the room was quite warm and the air conditioning made quite a loud rattle whenever it was on, too much to sleep with. I did report this to reception on the morning before my last night there, but it wasn't fixed before I checked out the next day.
Access to the building is a bit convoluted, but fine once you're checked in and get used to it.
Overall the apartment itself was very clean, spacious and in quite good condition, though the beds were quite worn out. If it wasn't for the noisy air conditioning it would've been quite a good stay.
