Overall, it is a nice property and in great location. One thing disappointing thing: Cleanliness level wasn’t there when we arrived, especially during COVID. Dinning room table had food stuck to it, microwave had tomatoes sauce on the sides and top inside. Bathroom sink, faucet and shelf had toothpaste all over them. Thank God I brought Clorox wipes! Shower is very tiny and flimsy construction but usable. Very nice people who run it. Despite those things, property is spacious enough and very comfortable. Overall, very satisfied with the visit and my kids loved the trip. Will definitely go back and recommend the property but bring your own Clorox wipes!

I liked- •the personal hygiene options that they had provided- (makeup removal wipes, aloe Vera soap, etc) though we brought our own so didn’t need to use them, but was nice that they were provided. •how close it is to bretton woods resort I didn’t like- •cleanliness •the expectation (from viewing online photos) were not the reality •woken up early morning hours by smoke detectors going off MULTIPLE times. 3-4 times. •customer service.... WHERE TO START! Well.. upon arriving and checking in, the receptionist was nice, and personable. After checking in, we did not see the office employees, or any employees for that matter until following day. The morning of checking out, we had been cleaning the room, making it as it was when we had arrived, packing our stuff and loading to car. Upon bringing the last bag into our car, we were what I would call it- rudely approached by office employee, & told “you need to check out now or I’ll charge you for another day”, whilst I’m holding multiple bags next to my car trunk. (If you see paid customers leaving and doing what you want) then just let them without having to make a rude comment. We were ready to go but then couldn’t find my fiancé’s phone in the car, I called it from my cell, and the employees found it ringing on the bed. I went and grabbed it from them, and we parted ways politely and cordially. We made it 0.7 miles down the street, and I got a notification from my bank stating the they charged me again

This family owned motel is quiet and cozy. The owners went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable during an unexpected snow storm and power outage. Great value for the money and great place to stay

very sweet little cottages

Older property but our cottage was very clean and comfortable, as well as being very cute. Was surprisingly quiet considering it’s fairly close to the highway. Great overnight stop for our fall foliage trip. Owners were very friendly and accommodating. Side note, get your dinner from Yaya’s, across the highway and bring it back to your room! Delicious food and great value.

We stayed in cabin 15 is was very nice but there were no cooking pans the grill was very dirty not a gas grill the fire pit is shared between 5 cabins and it's right at the stairs of cabin 15 so having random people outside the door talking very loudly until late at night was very awkward..... the pool was so dirty...... And the staff does not speak English and didn't know how to give me a receipt.... and what they don't tell you is you have to go across the street to buy firewood the lady told me to go back to my cabin and break some sticks....
