La habitación súper amplia y la cama una delicia. Hotel en buenas condiciones, el gran pero el personal. Que fea forma de tratar a los huéspedes. María hizo mi check in. Atendió unos clientes antes que a mi. Se puso a platicar con su compañera y al gran rato. Si que necesita?! De forma brusca y 0 atención al cliente. Me dio mi llave indicaciones de desayuno. Al día siguiente ya no habían vasos en el area de café por lo que fui a Recepcion a solicitar, al parecer estaba llamándole la atención a la otra señorita de turno y hasta que le dio la gana dejo de hablar y ya pude preguntar por una taza para café, ella se puso casi a gritar histérica que había estado ocupada todo el día y que no había tenido tiempo de poner mas vasos, la otra señorita amablemente fue por un paquete nuevo y puso mas (café frío x cierto, porque una cafetera ya estaba vacía y no conectaron la otra). Ni que decir de la señorita que atiende el area de comida. Pregunté por más roles de canela (que es el signature de los holiday en USA) y me dice de forma grosera, ya no hay, ya para la hora no voy a poner más (9 am aprox, el desayuno terminaba 9:30) La misma comida todos los días, aburridooo, estuve en un Holiday en NY y cada día era diferente estilo de preparación de los huevos. No hicieron servicio de limpieza ningún día y en la información del hotel dice que hacen diario. Puede que la política cambio, pero pedí toallas limpias a las chicas de limpieza "latinas" y súper amables todas ellas. El mejor staff

Very clean, comfortable room, decent breakfast and nice size clean pool. I will say though, the elderly lady who handles the breakfast area was rude and had smart remarks when customers had questions or concerns about breakfast. They were out of eggs and i asked if they are going to bring more cause they were out at the time of me going down to eat. Breakfast is from 730-9am. I was down stairs to eat at about 730am. When i asked if there will be more eggs she said “ I’m only one person you need to give me time” as if i asked her multiple times. I simply asked once. After i sat to eat i over heard 2 other family’s complaining about the same lady and her attitude when she was asked a simple question. Other then that i had a pleasant stay.

Good but could be great.

The rooms are decent and clean. The hotel’s location offers convenient dining and shopping options. The nightly rate is affordable, but I recommend booking directly through their reservation system as Hotel.com and Expedia charge more. I wanted to experience the hotel’s pool, but unfortunately, I didn’t get a chance to. During check-in, I signed my initial paperwork for my initials and signature. The front desk lady then handed me some paper about a weekend ordinance regarding parties and room occupancy. I read it with some dismay, but I was surprised to see that other guests were also checking in without receiving the same information. I asked why I was the only one signing the paper, and the front desk person and assistant manager (who introduced herself as such) stated that they had already signed it in a previous contract. I politely asked one of the other guests if they remembered signing it, but they said no. That was the beginning of my troubles. While on the elevator, it started making loud noises and buzzing, and it stopped between floors 3 and 4. As soon as the doors opened, I got off and started recording my Will on my phone just in case the elevator plummets from the 4th floor while I’m inside. As a result of the elevator issue, we had to take the stairs for the entire stay. There was an out-of-order sign placed on both elevators throughout the weekend. I’ve checked out and 7 days later I still have not received deposit.

Stay away!!!

Received a call a few hours prior to check that they overbooked and canceled my room. When I called their manager was extremely rude and would not listen to my concerns. Rather she talked over me. Then, when I told her to stop talking over me and listen she told me she was hanging up. Thankfully hotels.com saved the day and got me a better place and the people there were so kind.

Was unable to stay at the hotel, due to bed height and aroma throughout the hotel. Requested a lower bed,m was told all beds were tall beds and nothing could be done to aleviate the air freshener, had to check out as stay elsewhere.

We enjoyed our stay. The beds were amazing very comfortable. The only issue i had was when we got to our room there was hair on the sink and the bathroom floor and tub from the previous stay.
