I liked the golf course although the hotel is not doing much to advertise the golf course to the tourist , out of the hundreds of the people booked at hotel on the 24th only 2 people from the hotel played , the rest were locals
2) the hotel could have organized better entertainment that does not affect those who don’t like loud music , however loud music was played on the 24th and 25th Dec disturbing those who needed to rest . Considering the hotel talks a lot abt preserving nature and the animals I feel the animal kingdom was invaded and disturbed by such loud music and the hotel compromising on their own values .
3) parking was poorly oganised and visitors ended up parking way far from the hotel risking being attacked by roaming animals at nite as the lighting in the garden is dull and poor.
4) most members of the staff were not aware of certain processes and procedures and ended up saying the wrong things or misleading customers , training to deal with crowds and knowing what to say or refer upwards when in doubt wld help
5) too many trainees and hired waiters who did understand the operations and how to serve the customers was a big challenge tonthe customer experience, again this could have avoided by preparing and equping the waiters
