I called the front desk, they told me the shuttle would came in 30 min,I wait for the shuttle for about 2hours in the airport, at last I toke the shuttle by ramada, and then go to super 8 by walk :(

It's an horrible experience to stay in this hotel. The front desk never intended to help, very rough attitude and impatient. After I enter into the room, I even wanted to leave immediately. There is a dirty cleaning rag just hang on the clothes-hanger. I really can't believe it!!! But what surprised me more is that there is even a package of cookie and woman underwear under the bed!!!!!!!! The second day comes the shuttle to send some of guests to the airport. Most of us goes to the international terminal, the driver is really fantastic and he just drop all of the passengers on Domestic Terminal North and then left. What he said is that we only stop here, nowhere else. To be honest, he is really rude and I feel like we were came out from the concentration camp. I will never, ever go to this hotel or any other hotel from the same group.

Ok hotel for 1 night stay.
The good. Stayed at deluxe rooms, they are nice and renovated, spacious and clean. The bad. Parking was full. The front guy said because of aiport parking during holiday. Didnt understood that. You should have enough parking. Door lock didnt feel secure enough.

no fridge. bathroom dirty. no soap. 1 towel not even a hand towel to dry hands it looked a storage room, exercise equipment inside and a small vending machine for drinks. THE AC was dusty when i got turned on

Property was clean when we got there, it smelled strongly of cleaner. It was good for the price we paid. It is slightly inconvenient to get in/out of the entrance to the parking lot as the road has a median right in front of entrance way, isn’t too bad once you get it figured out. It is very convenient that there is a Waffle House really close by to grab a bite to eat. Although if you are a light sleeper I do not recommend staying here as we could very loudly hear the planes flying overhead. Overall 3/5 stars.

Overall the stay was decent. The doors not properly closing had me nervous but the room was as advertised otherwise and it was thankfully safe and quiet despite the area so I'm very grateful for that concern. Would likely stay there again.
