Very basic hotel which is in need of an update. Room was reasonably comfortable but looking shabby. The noise from the unit at the rear of the hotel was an annoying drone all night. Good location for our gig at Kentish Town O2 which is only 2 stops away on tube. Thought the buffet breakfast was pretty poor most of the cooked food was cold and the fried eggs looked liked they had been there all week. The staff seemed friendly and the receptionist was helpful when we arrived.

It is, in all honesty, a three star hotel in London. One should not expect velvet drapes or a man called Clive polishing the doorknobs. What you do get is a place that is clean, tidy, and surprisingly quiet, which in this city feels almost mythical. If you are off to the Roundhouse in Camden for an evening of musical chaos, it serves as a perfectly civilised refuge before and after the noise. And for the money, it is absurdly good value, a modest little gem that seems determined not to draw attention to itself.

Room was clean and basic but it had everything that was needed. It was hot but that was due to the Heatwave. They do provide a fan. My room was city view on 4th floor which was amazing. Had a small balcony which was great. I’ll definitely stay here again.

The hotel is decent enough for a short stay, we were in the basement rooms which have no windows or air conditioning, there was a tower fan but it was still very hot. Bed was very small and not very comfortable, but it was only for an overnight and located right on the bus route. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Staff were amazing, parking was ok but blue badge holders still have to pay £20. Also surley if you've paid to stay it could be cheaper or free. Maybe another pillow each. Breakfast was nice and plenty in offer. Good easy stay and would book again

Good value for money. Compare the price to the nearby budget hotel chains and it's very cheap so a clean, reasonably comfortable place to stay with no frills is all you can expect. My room was cool in a heatwave, everything was clean when I arrived (though no cleaning during a three night stay) and the bathroom has a good shower. It looked old, some parts were poorly maintained, and the walls were thin but you can't expect luxury at this price point.
