No towels in the room and no remote for the TV . Went to the office twice and the employee said they would bring one to our room. Never showed up

Days INN is trash
Worst reservation ever and did not stay there. Got another hotel it was that bad. I asked for a full refund and was denied. Then requested for refund for the next night got told not sure. We didnt stay either night and was checked in only and hour and checked out. We didn't get the king bed we booked we ended up with two queen. The first room was not clean so was given another room with a hole in the bottom of the door. Requested towels twice and disnt receive them. My husband got chased by a dog that was one on the residents. That's when we had enough and left. On top of that they guy never checked us out that night so it looked like we stayed byt we did not. Do not stay a days inn anywhere.

Dirty hotel
Bed spread was dirty, there was hair on the toilet, which ran all night, there was a dirty rag hanging on the shower rod, and plastic wrapped around the pipe. Im glad i was just passing through.

Poor service
It started out ok but we noticed that there were no garbage cans or a place to put the refuse and the floors felt as though they had not been swept let alone be washed. The toilet was very stained. The bed covering was supposed to have been white but was very stained as were the sheets. We chose tosleep on top with blankets below and above. Then the final straw was when i opened my email and found that i could request a late checkout so about 850am i submitted the request and thought it was accepted so i was going to sleep a bit longer. At 11am we had a very loud wake up call from housekeeping. I explained that i had requested a late checkout. She called the manager andhe said "you have to get out, the checkout time is at 11am. So i explained to him that i had requested the late checkout and he went to check and came back again and told me they had refused the request but wouldnt give a reason. He told me we had 5 minutes to get our stuff out or we'd have to pay for another night. The whole thing was handled poorly and rudely and we were not happy.

Days inn should be called jails in no visitors
They wanted to charge me extra for checking in early on both rooms charged me 100 deposit for both rooms charged me for my dog non refundable told us we could not have any visitors rooms were fairly clean clerk locked me out of the office twice room cleaners were verry nice ckerk was very rude

Poor room conditions
No garbage can and ice basket as normally provided in hotel rooms. Only 1 handkerchief towel and 2 stained bath towels were provided. The stucco ceiling in the bathroom was broken and falling off. The so-called continental breakfast has 1 waffle maker and 1 cereal while juice machine doesn't work. The door handle and lock were loose and almost fell off. The Days Inn HQ had better do something about it.

Short sleepy stay
It was ok. The covers on the bed were dirty and there was none available when i checked in so i used my own. I mostly slept because I had to work the next day. The bed was comfy. The heater needed adjusting so i watched a tutorial online to learn how to raise the it from it only going as high as 65 degrees to 80 degrees. It finally got warm and I wasily fell asleep.
