Jim & April took a terrible 1st day experience at a terrible experience at a different hotel and turned the trip into quite an enjoyable stay. The entire place and the staff were fantastic.

Had horrible service at the bar. It was my birthday and they were absolutely terrible. Wouldnt get us drinks seeemed pissed we didnt want to order food. And wouldnt cash us out. They disappeared multiple time for 10 to 15 mind and i had to get the front desk and then we had to add to the room because they wouldnt cash us out.

I thought that charging $10 for breakfast was very tacky, to be honest Just include it and you will win in The PR category. Really not a good look for Marriott which really should have more class than that. It was a “do it yourself” breakfast not made to order. Do better!!
