The planes are noisy. The breakfast is terrible. The house is not soundproof. But the room rate is very high. There are also kitchen facilities for cooking and a large refrigerator.

Poor communication between customers and hotel staff. Had (2) different types of hair left in the tub/shower. Muffins fit for??? No coffee available at breakfast. Towels and wash clothes paper thin. Couldn’t dry a popcorn fart let alone a 250lbs man after a shower. One of the worst hotels my wife and I have stayed in

Friendly helpful staff, it was not very clean. The room wasn’t fresh. The smoke detector was beeping the first evening when O called downstairs no one answered. When I reached out to corporate they did not

Didn't want anything special when I made the reservation, just a convenient location for the trip. Unfortunately the air conditioning did not work only blew hot air all night. And because the windows were blocked from opening, that made it not only a code violation but very uncomfortable. My two star review is not because of the poor functioning of the air conditioner but the appearance of a lack of any kind of empathy from the front desk. After describing my issue, there was a head nod and that was the end of it.

If I could give this hotel less than a "1" rating I would. It was a deplorable building. Homeless I believe pay to stay here which would be okay, but there's absolutely no control regarding noise or quiet hours from 11:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. Check in was with a gentleman who was less than friendly and not accommodating. This is NOT a hotel that should be able to stay in business.

The hotel was just average. And there were lot of noise late in the night with someone cursing and shouting outside in the hallway or in the next room. The checkin took more than 20 minutes. Overall a bad experience.

I read reviews of this place and i cant understand where people are coming from "no every day room services" its an extended stay no a normal night by night place personally i will stay at this place again for that reason alone i hate hanging out in my room and getting kicked out for room service to come in to just give me towels "this places Continental breakfast is small not much to choose from" as this may be true the room i stayed in had a full size fridge a kitchen sink and 2 burners on the counter and they do offer cook ware yes for a price but its not outrageous so you can cook whatever you like again an extended stay not a night by night i will recommend this place to anyone and i will definitely be staying here again
