Not worth the try
I don’t want to get into details, I just highly would not recommend staying here. The location is great, the service was good, but the cleanliness didn’t meet my expectations. Nor was it of standard care, everything is so lazily done.

Sketchy
There were drug addicts hanging around the building and the outside looks run down. I asked the housekeeper to just bring me towels instead of cleaning my room. She never came back.

Cleaniness
Small room with no comfortable chair to sit in except at a desk. LaQuinta beds are the best. Very comfortable. But, I know we were more concerned about cleanliness due to COVID-19, but that room really needed a deep cleaning. Dust on lamp shades, door jambs and doors had something splattered on them. We used Clorox wipes to clean everything and believe me it was cleaner when we left than when we arrived. We have stayed many times at Laquinta at the airport for $70 plus tax, rooms much larger and this room was $119 plus tax. I still like Laquinta and hospitality was great. We didn't get breakfast due to closing of restaurants and that was not your fault. But you could do a better job of cleaning.

Not impressed with La Quinta or Hotels.com!
Room was ok, but run down. Maid didn't make up or clean the room during our stay. We left a day early. Also, we were able to use a $250 hotels.com gift card, as your directions on how to use it were not clear. Would be nice to know you can't use it on e tou arrive at the hotel.

The room was very comfortable. We stayed there after visiting our son at the university. It helped us to recharge for the next day on the road.

Acceptable, unless you're noise-sensitive
This was a decent,clean (as far as I could tell) fairly inexpensive room. Staff was quite friendly. Serious issue was noise. Seems like the walls were paper-thin. I could clearly hear every word being spoken in the next room, even with my TV on. It was a bit disturbing. At $124, I'd have expected a bit better.
