Frustrating Start but Improved After Room Change
Our first night was terrible. The toilet in our room did not work, and the phone was also out of service, so my husband had to go downstairs to report it. Instead of maintenance, he was sent back with a plunger and told we’d have to wait until the next day since no one was available to fix it. This was extremely inconvenient, especially with two young granddaughters and no working toilet all night.
The next day, maintenance came but still couldn’t fix the issue. We were told we’d have to wait until another guest checked out before we could move. Once we finally got into the new room, it was much better—clean and more comfortable.
Overall, the cleanliness was okay, but the first-night experience left a very negative impression. The second room improved our stay, but the lack of urgency and proper response on the first night was very disappointing
