Great stay.

The nicest, friendliest, dedicated staff I have met in Summer stays! Paco was amazing as well as the front desk staff really gives it their best and makes you feel like you are at home. Well located, very comfortable beds, and nice amenities. Especially if you have pets, they really make it nice for them too. If you are looking for a good hotel, great value, and need to have your pets stay too, then this is the place!

Stayed here previous to a flight out from Chicago! It was an excellent experience. Friendly staff, wholesome environment.

The hotel runs along a busy road undergoing construction but I felt safe and secure. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

The room was very nice, very clean and well maintained and seemingly recently updated to the point of looking very much at a Hilton level even though it's a budget traveler property. It appears that this Hotel was originally some other kind of hotel but a lot of money was spent renovating the place. The parking was easy and close to the door, even if you were late checking in. The breakfast was probably the biggest knock against the place, although it was pretty good, for one not offering hot options other than toast / bagels. They always had fresh fruit, hardboiled eggs (that weren't peeled -a more hygienic way to offer them) cold cereals, yoghurt, good coffee, juice. It would be nice if they had a small gym.

This hotel was newer and clean BUT: 1. No cups or ice buckets in the room 2. Heat/AC unit was terrible: It ran heat until too hot, then switched to A/C until too cold and I could change the range by resetting the thermostat, but it continued to cycle. It gave both my wife and I sinus headaches!

4/10 一般般

Staff didn’t make beds, restock supplies when requested or replace towels. Breakfast was minimal, cold foods and missing silverware. Location difficult to find and access. Would not recommend and will not stay there again.

For the price you pay the room wasn't anything special. The breakfast was all cold stuff except for the oatmeal, no eggs, waffles or meat. I would not stay there again.

The hotel was clean however, for being a smoke free place I smelled the smoke as soon as I walked into my room. Walls are very thin so you can hear everything from the elevator ding to people walking in the hallway. But good location and affordable.

This hotel was very clean and the staff was nice. My only issue was the elevator gave me anxiety. It’s an older building and it makes a clicking noise. Besides that, it was fine. Newly refreshed. I would definitely stay again if I weren’t moving out the state.
