Beautiful Historic Hotel

The hotel was beautiful, well maitained and historic. Its an old family tower that has been converted into a family residence, small business and a hotel. Our room was very nice, good size and well kept. The location was convient to all the major attrations as well.

Warm, friendly and helpful service from all of the people working at the hotel. A special thank you to the two lovely ladies who tracked down a lost bag! The breakfast had a good selection and the room was spotlessly clean. Great location.

We had the loveliest time here. The accommodations are lovely, clean and reasonably priced. It is conveniently located to everything and the staff was incredibly helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our conversations with Roberta who gave us wonderful recommendations and taught us a lot of local history. We were visiting because my son will be attending college in Florence for the next 4 years, and I will plan to stay at the Peruzzi Urban Residences every time I visit him. I can’t wait to return!

We loved everything about our stay at the Peruzzi Residences. The rooms were very stylish, and the communal rooms were beautifully glamorous and very well equipped with the use of a very high-end kitchen area 24/7. The hotel is in the heart of the Santa Croce area, close to everything & the hosts were very welcoming and helpful. We would 100% recommend.

Very comfortable central Florence short break

Wonderful room in a historic building. Roberta was a font of knowledge and provided lots of information about the history and gave us tips on the local markets, best views of the city and places to eat out. As the accommodation was so central it was a real bonus to be able to return from our explorations in the middle of the day to have a coffee with cake, pastry or fruit left over from the ample breakfast buffet.

Roberta the host was phenomenal. She was super helpful and knowledgeable about Florence. She gave us a lot of tips about where to go and where to shop. Her wine teasing session was the best. The breakfast each morning was fantastic! I love that there’s a shared kitchen right next to our room. There’s coffee, fruits and pastries throughout the day. The ladies who hosted our breakfast were the best. Katia and Natalie were cheerful every morning. They prepared breakfast and made coffee for us. They were professional and friendly.

Wonderful experience

What a wonderful place to stay and explore the city. Check in information provided well in advance and Roberta, the concierge, provided an excellent welcome giving lots of information about the accommodation and best places to visit eat during our stay. Our room, Vittoria, was large, very clean and had an extremely comfortable bed. Our only issue was that of the noise from the street below which meant that any noise echoed up the narrow streets, not vehicles, just people enjoying themselves late at night. Having said that, it is a city centre and a fantastic location and we will stay again when we visit Florence next time. Breakfast in the large communal area just outside our room, was a fantastic spread. Great location with most sights within a 10/15 minute walk and some brilliant restaurants locally, just short stroll away.

Couldn’t fault the apartment. 10/10 for cleanliness, just a short walk from the centre which makes it accessible to all the main attractions in Florence. Roberta was super helpful from the start of booking until departure, ensuring that my son and I had an apartment that met our needs. Lots of little extras, fruit, cakes and water. The rooms, sitting area and kitchen are beautiful and the staff (Roberta, Mia and Juan Carlos) was very accommodating. The building elevator was small and outdated but in working condition. My only source of dissatisfaction was the building hallway stairs lighting which was pitch black late at night.This was outside the residence area, which is located on floor 2 (3rd level incl. ground). I will definitely stay again.
