Room was sold as a King size bed, actually 2 singles pushed together with the connection so bad unable to lie on it. Room was filthy, excessive dust on dressing table and mirror area. Staff were very friendly but a bit let down with overall stay experience, bed and cleanliness.

At check in the receptionist (male) was very pleadant asked what our plans were and seemwd interested in our answer. Rooms were huge and looking onto the Concourse was just that wee bit extra special. Breakfast was great selection - my husband liked the normal toasters ha ha. Food was piping hot.
