This was my worst experience at a Hampton Inn. I am a Hilton member and love staying at Hilton properties. The room smelled like a “wet dog”, the hotel was dated with worn carpeting in the room, toiletry shelf coming off the wall, no shampoo on the wall container, paint on the walls were chipped and poor repair, ice machines out of order, one elevator not working, no coffee at the morning breakfast (asked for them to fill the unit), and water coming out of the orange juice machine. Hotel staff were very nice and helpful. I was over charged for this hotel and not my Hampton Inn expectations.
