I dont recommend this motel
The lobby was dirty, carpets needed vacumed. The door to the room we stayed in had gaps all around it. Light sbove sink didnt work. It advertised breakfast. There was no breakfast. The lady at the counter when we checked out this morning was rude. I had to adk for a receipt. Only good thing about our stay wad the coffee. We will never stay there again !!!

Needs updated & cleaned thoroughly
Room smelled like rotten eggs, bathroom light did not work, 1 face towel. Carpet dirty when we got off elevator. Hotel needs to be updated & thoroughly cleaned. We got in late & left early morning so didn’t complain to front desk regarding bathroom light. Lady who checked us in was welcoming & friendly.

Just don't do it
The smoke detector was chirping when I checked in. The front desk person changed the battery and it last about 7 hours then started chirping again. When I asked to have it fixed I was told they would get to it in the next few hours. We were unable to sleep like that so we had to leave. I was told refunds were never an option.

No cups in room, no coffee maker. Only one night stand. Wall switch didn't work for light beside bed. Outlet only on 1 side of bed. Room smelled. Only 1 wash cloth. Sink barely drained.

Staff not up to par! Bathroom light did not work, as well as a much needed one in the room! Commode was unexceptable, had to ask for washcloth! The one chair in the room was metal and uncomfortable! Bed was mediocre!

They gave us a bad conditional room; a broken window covered with tape; a bug was on the shade, and the bed frame or headboard was very nasty. The shower was too lukewarm. That room was poor. Need to do better cleaning and check accordingly before your guests if you want them to be happy and satisfied.

The carpets in the stairs were dirty. Our room, especially the bathroom smelled like someone had been smoking in it. 3 small pillows with no extra when we asked at the desk. Minimal breakfast.

I arrived pretty late in the evening to check-in and was given my room key. I went up to the room and opened the door and there was somebody already in the room sleeping in the bed. I quickly shut the door and went downstairs and was given a different room. A little weird.. but ok, whatever. This room was fine and I had no issues until the morning when I went for breakfast. It was a real basic spread with coffee and cereal and a few other items. I go to make a bowl of cereal and the milk poured out of the jug all clumpy and curdled. So I told the guy at the desk who brought out a new gallon of milk. I make a new bowl and pour the milk again.. and again it’s curdled. The guy at the counter was not around so I decided to get breakfast somewhere else.

My friend and I came to the area for a football game and she has a service dog. I told the guy at the desk upon check in that we had a service dog multiple times and he said there was a $100 refundable fee for that. It’s a service dog! We were tired and just wanted to check in so I paid it. 3 weeks later and I still have not been refunded this fee. Called twice and now the incident is under investigation so I can get my damn money back. I could hear all the loud trucks go by as the room faced the interstate so it was very noisy all night long.
