The hotel was very nice and have easy laundry facilities. The room was large, great kitchenette, my husband ate the breakfast and the coffee was fine. The area around the hotel is still damaged from the floods but felt good helping the economy and ate in Asheville. Went to a fantastic pub called Packs. It was excellent!!!

Excellent experience

Biltmore Village was impacted by the hurricane, and one can still see the devastation around. Yet, this hotel ground up has been renovated to excellent condition. The staff is welcoming, the rooms are clean, kitchenette ready and the continental breakfast very good.

Although they are still recovering from Helen they didn't miss on making sure our stay was still a success thank you machayla she was one of the front desk associates we spoke with.
