Honesty would be good. I asked for a room on the first floor, there was the claim made there were none. I went out for a late dinner and observed SEVERAL rooms available on the first floor, the property was “lightly attended”. Wasn’t sure about Wi-Fi as there wasn’t anything mentioned at check in. I did have plenty of pillows and didn’t have to provide my own toiletries, this was a plus. Considering this was a short stay, from appearance, they still have a long way to go in providing better service and better amenities. There is work in progress.

This was a terrible stay. Checking in was a hassle to the system apparently acting up. Once I was given the key to 120, it kept flashing red even though numerous attempts were made. Then moved to 121, the door lock wouldn’t even register the key. I was finally able to get into 122.
It would’ve been nice to have a working television in the room. I notified the front desk clerk on 2 shifts. It was observed they were frustrated as this is not an experience guests should be experiencing. I’m not sure what’s going on with the property, but it’s the 2nd consecutive stay that’s had issues. Would love to hear the manager’s thoughts as it would take a hell of an offer to come back.
