Not that great
My stay wasn’t anything to compliment or brag on . I was forced to wait over an hour for another room that had a balcony . I was told housekeeping was cleaning it and the entire time the room was already cleaned . The ladies at the front desk was just being messy . I ask to speak to manager and they never called back . It was very frustrating due to the inconvenience. Everything there is overpriced . Beds aren’t that comfortable I twist and turn all night . This is just my review .

Relaxed luxury
The Westin Grand Cayman is relaxed luxury at it's best. We enjoyed the layout of the pool opening into the beach. The bar overlooks the pool and has live music every night. We had a great experience at this property!

The resort is nice, it’s an older resort and it’s starting to show. The restaurant by the beach was delicious. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. I would go back.

Good property, u never gave to leave if u don’t want to. Cabs always available on sight. Close to airport. Beach nice. Pool nice, can always get food on the premise, 24/7. $75 a day resort fee is a little annoying and seems unfair, considering every drink and meal has a gratuity tax built in. Overall a very nice hotel and private beach access that I would certainly visit again.

Where do I begin? This was truly one of the best vacation experiences we have had. Property was updated, impeccably clean, friendly staff, several dining choices. Our room was beautiful. We loved the acoustic music in the evenings. Unlike other resorts, we never had a lack of seating on the beach or by the pool. Staff went above & beyond and was extremely friendly & helpful - every single one of them! We will stay at The Westin every single time we return to this beautiful island. Can't wait for our next trip!

This is a beautiful property along a gorgeous stretch of 7-mile beach. The ocean is clear, clean, and the perfect temperature! Drink/food service beachside was prompt. The servers are very friendly. The on-site restaurants were all great! Everything on Cayman is very expensive, and the prices here are comparable to what you will find anywhere else. We were upgraded to an ocean view room, and it was lovely. Room was spacious, clean, and up to date. The room was cleaned daily except for one day when a tropical storm was coming through, and all staff were sent home early. I have NO complaints about this beautiful hotel, and I would highly recommend it.

Very attentive staff, always greeting with a smile. Dining options were limited in hotel but there are plenty of restaurants in the area. The property needs more up keeping and the pool needs to be better cleaned.
