The location is quite at a distance from Niagra Falls. Rooms are just ok. Breakfast is ok. Not many choices. Staff is courteous. Ample parking space.

The worst hotel in a very long time.

The hotel is extremely run-down. The rooms were dirty and had a strong unpleasant smell. The toilet seat had permanent stains, and it was so unhygienic that my wife refused to use it—she had to go to a fast-food restaurant down the street instead. The room also had cobwebs, and the air conditioner was covered in dust, which immediately made us start sneezing. It was honestly the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. On the positive side, the receptionist was kind and helpful, and she did change our room for us. However, the new room was only slightly better. My friends who stayed in other rooms experienced the same issues as well

Excellent breakfast and location

On a 17 day road trip, the Niagara had the very best breakfast on offer. Nice looking outdoor pool-although we didn’t use it.

Sticky icky

I spent 1 night there with my family it was a very bad decision, 200$ is very expensive for this stay. pillows very smelly floor very sticky and dirty I couldn’t sleep well because of the conditions of the room, the coach in there looks like 2 centuries old. Of course I didn’t even think of sitting on it!

Peu mieux faire

Hôtel qui ne paie pas de mine, c'est vraiment dommage. L'emplacement est sympa, le personnel accueillant et disponible mais l'établissement est vieillissant. Un peu d'effort et ça pourrait être un truc sympa... Nous avons apprécié que nous soit proposée une chambre communiquante avec 3 lits au lieu de la chambre avec 2 lits réservée. L'emplacement semble être correcte et sécurisé. L'isolation convient (pas de gêne du voisinage). Nous avons apprécié le changement de serviettes quotidien. Néanmoins, l'hôtel n'est pas propre du tout, des coulures, traces, tâches et j'en passe, partout... Le sol sans moquette colle comme dans un fast food et la partie recouverte de moquette est désastreuse et poisseuse. Les placards de la cuisine sont collants et je ne parlerais pas du four, micro-onde et frigo qui sont dans un état lamentable tellement ils sont encrassés alors que rien n'est mis à disposition pour chauffer quoique ce soit (pas de couvert, assiette, casseroles, bouilloire, cafetière...). La salle pour le petit-déjeuner est minuscule et génère un temps d'attente conséquent pour y manger en famille (1 seule table de 6, étant 5 nous avons patienter ...) pour au final, peu de choix. En somme, sans être à cheval sur l'hygiène ça pourrait passer mais peu largement mieux faire ...

Average Family Stay!

It's an average motel. Booked it last minute. People at reception were helpful and changed the room on our request which had strong smell and graffiti. The new room also had strong smell but was better and was inside the building. Rooms have A/C, not the hallways. Breakfast was nice and fresh. If you're not too picky, you can spend a night here. Plus point is it's economical and parking is included in the price.

Poor experience

The place smelled very old, bad…The walls were in a bad condition, damaged…The shower was full of mold…The neighboors were very noisy and disturbent…We also found multiple cockroaches in the room…I regret my experience…

The property is older & "tired", is in need of an upgrade, though for the price it was sufficient for what we were looking for. Staff was very friendly & efficient. The breakfast was the same everyday, (we stayed three nights), but it was tasty & hot and there was plenty. There were stains on the hallway carpets & scuffs on the walls in our room. The bathroom & shower were clean, with plenty of pressure & hot water. The bathroom sink plug worked, which we have found to not always be the case, even in more expensive hotels. Despite our room overlooking as major street, we found it to be rather quiet. The pool was great.!

Not a great place for the price

The rooms smell like mold, ac is very loud, the cleaning is not done very well. Breakfast food is same every day. Staying for 3 days and eating same food isn’t very pleasant. Not too many choices. Last day my child couldn’t eat that anymore. Early morning loud noise of construction started at 8am including Saturday and Sunday. We couldn’t sleep in and woke up by the noise.
