I’d report to BBB but they aren’t even on it!

Horrible. Had to leave after 1 night due to multiple reasons including safety, condition of rooms (fridge missing door handle, no cushions on the couch, holes in floor covered by thing carpet, toilet took 4 flushes to complete and shower drain was clogged so you stood in dirty water). Requested a refund and was denied. Rented 4 rooms and all 4 left due to these issues. This hotel has gone severely downhill In the last few years and they do not seem to even care. When checking in they had to go and see if people were in the rooms before being able to assign rooms. The check in staff was doing the best they could with what they had but that should have been the indicator for us to just leave at that point. When leaving I was met with a very defensive manager who advised only hotels.com could refund. I took an hour to get hotels on the line, they agreed a refund was due but had to call location, when they did the manager declined refund stating we were cancelling after allowable date. This is absolutely not true we were leaving due to extreme poor conditions and safety issues. Completely unacceptable. Still fighting for refund.

Tired after 2 long flights ,checked in I was sent to a room in another building with a sign saying Sleep Center Also says some room numbers My room smelled of antiseptic and AC was on full blast There’s a coffe maker & microwave,but no cups I had teabags and hoped to make tea in the morning No glasses or cups

Terrible service

Had no pillows in my room called front desk they told me to come get them from the lobby went down there the lady wouldn’t even open the door made me talk through the phone and told me they didn’t have any pillows for me and wouldn’t change my room or give a refund very uncomfortable 🙄

Single women guest did not feel safe. Door to building left propped open, multiple smokers in front of building. Room smelled of smoke. Curtains rippped. Carpet stained. Bolt lock weak-propped chair against door. Furniture worn out. Sheets,bathroom and kitchen clean, bed skirt stained. No streaming on TV option and WiFi did not have a code for network security.

My room appeared to not be well cleaned. Red stains were all over the carpet. Dust/dirt everywhere. Would have been nice to know police were handling a situation right below me (had to pass the room to leave mine). Heard the banging and screaming from our room midday. Once quiet, I called the front desk to ask if there was a situation I needed to be aware of and/or was it safe to leave the room with our children and they said we "should be ok". I asked them to please check so I didn't have to walk out and in to anything with my kids.

Horrible

My family was intown for my daughter volleyball tournament and we decided to stay here because it had a kitchen in the room where i could make my daughter snacks for her games. When we got to the room there were crumbs all over the floor, there were soft spots all over (scared to walk across the floor didnt know if I would fall through, there were stains all over the walls and the kitchen had absolutely nothing it not even a few paper items or plastic items. Didnt look like the room was ever cleaned. There were burn holes in some of the furniture and there was a cigarette left in the window. Pictures online are very deceiving. I will do better research next time I plan to stay at any hotel.

Disgustingly dirty

The suite hotel has no plates, silverware, cups, pans to use the full kitchen. I had to request hangers for the closets. There were inches of dust above the refrigerator. Non smoking room that smelled like smoke because others smoked outside of the room door. Toilets only flushed every other time. Shower water had to run 20 minutes to get hot. And paint was peeling in both bathrooms into the tub. Had to live out after 2 nights for a 5 night business stay. Moved to cleaner hotel. And was told if the fireplace worked in the room I was lucky.

organized crime disguising as a business

Let's see, they have employees that use the hotel's network for their own agenda. I extended my stay, using hotels.com, keyword here is extended so i was already a guest. I was already aware that the hotel staff was helping my stalkers and harassers. I was proven right when they used one of the African American light skin employees to call the police on me to forcibly remove me out of my room under the excuse that I did not pay for the room. That employee was proven to have been lying when she said the reservation did not exist, only to change her story and say " that i was no show " then who did you have your police lapdog remove out of the hotel room ? lol smh This is just a group of cowardly harassers and stalkers masquerading as a business with corrupted police officers as they hired henchmen
