My husband and I booked to stay here and when we booked it was under a super 8 and we got there and it was a Days Inn. We went ahead and checked in and got to our room when we notice there was dirt all over the floor and stains all over the sheets. Went to use the restroom and there were no towels. We decided to then go back to the front desk after only being there for 20 mins and checked back out to find a different hotel. I called hotels.com and was on hold for 20 mins trying to get a refund for somewhere I was no longer staying. They tried calling the manager at the hotel and they refuse to answer so hotel.com said they would email the hotel and I still haven’t heard any response and it’s been 48hrs. Terrible customer service and absolute dump of a motel!

First of all... this is not a Super 8 property. The property got sold and has been a Days Inn and Suites for the last 3 years. Front desk gave me this information. Let us start with why I give 1 star: 1. Strong smell of smoke from non smoking rooms 2. Bedsheets looked like they were slept in. We noticed that there were pubic hair on the sheet. When we pointed to the hotel front desk, they suggested us getting another room. It wasn't any different 3. There was no running hot water. There were water pressure problems. 4. Pillows are couch back cushions. They are not regular pillows. 5. Expedia says breakfast. It was greasy muffins with tea/coffee 6. The floors were dirty. Stay away. This property's license should be revoked.
