I liked the outdoor area inside the property. Because it was outdoors, they should allow smoking. The brunch was lovely and the live music was nice. The front desk was very accommodating, pleasant, and worked to ensure your our stay was comfortable. They even handled transportation needs.

I loved the staff more than anything, they were very kind, professional, attentive, helpful, I was amazed about their customer service. The place is beautiful, has a lot of history, a feast for your eyes, the room was very quiet, comfortable bed, good AC, the only Cons were the room's poor illumination, the tiny space and the carpet was worn out. The area is safe, very close to the Centro Historico, we enjoyed so much being able to get to many beautiful places on a walking distances.

Me dieron upgrade por ser nivel Gold en Hoteles.com pero la habitación era demasiado pequeña para ser una suite y por otro lado el WC no funcionaba. lo cual fue muy incomodo.

Buena opción a secas

Podría ser excelente si el baño de la Habitación no fuera tan reducido y por ende incomodo, sumado a que la ducha no tiene el mejor desagüe. Las habitaciones muy bonitas y amplias pero sin mayor toque. El edificio es hermoso y reconocido por su arquitectura e historia.

Muy mala experiencia

Es la cuarta vez que me hospedo en este hotel, esta ocasión había música en vivo hasta las diez de la noche que no me permitió descansar, el maneral del lavabo estaba flojo, el agua calient e tarda por lo menos 10 min en salir con el consecuente desperdicio, tuve que pedir tapete antiderrapante para el baño porque no había. Anteriormente yo recomendaba este hotel a amigos mex y extranjeros, ya no lo haré ni me hospedaré ahí
