Sad days at Double Tree

TV did not work for a day and a half, staff tried to fix it, but had to wait till the next day mid way to get it working. Toilet would not flush on day one, ALL elevators were out on day 3 for several hours and had to call a number so someone could direct you to the service elevators.

Our stay was amazing we love Nashville and downtownm this hotel is close enough to broadway to walk but far enough away that when you are ready to lay down and sleep there isnt alot of noise and commotion. The bar in the hotel is really nice as well.

We loved our stay at the Doubletree Hilton downtown Nashville! It was a perfect location to walk down to Lower Broadway for live music and shopping! We will definitely stay here again!! The staff was very friendly and the hotel is kept very clean! Nice to have a Starbuck's in the lobby!

21st Birthday Celebration

Came down with our family to celebrate my son’s 21st birthday. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. The location was great, within walking distance to Broadway. We will be staying here again on our next trip.

We stayed here during the three day Taylor Swift concert. The room was very clean and the staff was amazing. This may sound silly, but one thing I really liked was that the small refrigerator in the room was already cold prior to our arrival. Would absolutely recommend and stay here again.
