The lady at the check in desk should not be in customer service field of work, she was not welcoming , we felt rushed even though it wasn’t super busy. We were given a room, ok, but as soon as we stepped in there the smell was terrible, smell of weed along with wet dirty carpet smell.
We went right back to check in desk and she tried to give us a room with two twin beds , ummm no thank you (We are a couple that got out for a couple days without kids, in a while and just got engaged ) .
So she just ended up giving us a room with queen bed (instead of king) and handicap accessible shower (instead of bathtub), (she didn’t tell us about these changes )which was fine.
We were happy not to see her on our way out, the next morning.
Parking is easy and good location of the hotel were a plus.
