Very bad customer service, rooms smelled and need updating .

The personnel of this hotel are just incredibly amazing, if you want to feel at home this is the place to be, it’s been my third time staying there and won’t even think of looking any other hotel, thanks again for the excellent service, and I’m already planning my next vacation!

I stay there every year for good reason. Even when the pool is being renovated.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Fiesta Americana Acapulco. Location of the hotel is great, Their rooms are super comfortable, and well the service was outstanding. Saul took such good care of me, and I really appreciate the extra attention given to make my stay a great one. You never have to worry about the weather in February its always sunny and hot. Drinks by the pool were always fun 2 for 1. I can't wait to go back next year. Thank you Virgilio for making my stay at the Fiesta so much fun and I did feel really safe.

Great service. Room was very clean. 1/2 the pool was under construction so we were unable to use it. Great location. Would definitely stay there again

The hotel was very friendly and even upgraded the room for a good price for added comfort.

The building is old but they keep it in really good condition and the service is the best ,I will stay there again thanks

Loved it

This was a great stay. Definitely would stay here again. The only downside is the numerous vendors on the resorts beach access to Playa Condesa.
