Room wasn’t ready for FIVE hours. They did comp my
Parking. I booked a suite so I could cook in it- bought a bunch of food, only to find out they “ran out”
Of kitchen supplies. So i wasted money booking a suite and wasted money buying food i couldn’t prepare. The staff was friendly and the beds were comfortable, I will give them that. Oh, and 2 of the 4 elevators didn’t work so you were waiting 10-20 min for an elevator.

Not your standards.
booked a suite with the kitchen access and there was NOTHING in the kitchen to eat or drink with. the furniture had stains there were needing to be cleaned. housekeeping had no soap in our room to wash hands with on day one. Day two we came back to no clean towels and they took everyone we used the day before. and let us no forget with 26 floors and 4 elevators; only 2 were working. this was the saddest DT i've ever been too and will not be visiting your property again.

Rooms could definitely be updated, balcony was run down- all carpet needs to be gone it was horrid- bring slippers you definitely don’t want you walk barefoot at all in your room

Food options were good, I didn’t eat from the hotel but Houston have some amazing restaurants: the bed comfort and hotel itself was amazing everyone was super friendly. The internet was on and off from my phone but you do have internet access options that would work best for you.

Stressful
Very disappointed with my experience. I had a hard time even finding the location due to poor signage and unclear directions. I called for help and was left on hold for over 15 minutes with no answer. On top of that, there was no clear information provided ahead of time about parking fees, which added to the frustration. After all that, I still ended up waiting far longer than expected. Overall, the lack of communication and organization made this visit incredibly stressful and disappointing.
