Wonderful and enjoyable stay at this Hampton Inn

The front desk folks were more than helpful. I made the reservation through hotels.com. The Hampton Inn associate called me several hours prior to my arrival verifying if I wanted a smoking room, as hotels.com showed I wanted a smoking room. So thankful for her call. During our conversation, I told her I'd like to request a 3rd floor room, as I read a previous review that said he was not able to sleep because of the constant footsteps on the room above him. I've experienced that myself. The associate was extremely nice and helpful about that. I arrived and was assigned a 3rd floor room. The associate who had called me earlier in the day stated she would be off duty by the time I arrived, but would make sure my request was fulfilled. Paula was her name. Such a sweetheart. I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel. I would rate it a 8+. The price was on target, the service personnel were very nice and friendly. Oh, they have a wonderful breakfast. The service personnel were so very nice and friendly, offering my every need. I give them a 10+. I will be back to this are in early December, and I plan to stay at this hotel again. Enjoyed my stay very much.

Birthday weekend

Room was clean & quiet. Check in did not go well as I Specifically said I did NOT want to be by the Elevator or ice machine. I am a very light sleeper. The Clerk put us in a room DIRECTLY behind the elevator. I could not believe it. The Breakfast buffet was handled well by the Sweet ladies serving the food. Coffee was very weak but fresh.

Not a eventful experience

Non smoking room filled up with smoke through vents from nearby smoking rooms making it impossible to sleep after 3 am in morning. The TV room came without a remote which was not resolved! The coffee maker did not work and after 1/2 an hour of persistence I was able to attain one. The night attendant was limited in what she could do and there was no support ! The breakfast staff was the only saving grace and where friendly and helpful and breakfast was a hot meal!

Clean and efficient, but a little noisy

Great check in. Completely breakfast. But persistent noise throughout the night by what sounded like a neighboring room’s exhaust fan. I’m not fettered and will def stay again.

Southern hospitality

True southern hospitality. Brandon and Friday treated us like we were old friends dropping by for a visit. The breakfast was served hot and fresh by a true cast of wonderful ladies who made you feel welcome every morning.

Nice and helpful

The ladies cooking the breakfast were some of the nicest I’ve ever had the pleasure dealing with in other hotels. We were from out of town for a funeral and everyone was so polite. Also the desk clerk helped us get rooms close together.
